We offer free standard delivery across UK mainland (excluding AB, DD, PH, PL, EX, TQ, and TR). Stock items are typically delivered within 5–7 working days, while made-to-order sofas have confirmed delivery times after purchase. Some postcode areas may take up to 10 working days. You may request a return within 30 days of delivery.
For change-of-mind returns, customers are responsible for return costs and a 10% restocking/handling fee may be deducted from the refund.
Items must be returned unused, clean, undamaged, complete and safely packaged.
Customers must check dimensions, room size and delivery access before ordering. Product dimensions may vary by up to 5cm.
If your item arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, contact us as soon as possible. If confirmed, we will offer a suitable solution.

Lifetime Frame Warranty

At Sofas24, we are proud of the quality and craftsmanship of our sofas. That is why we offer a Lifetime Frame Warranty on all eligible sofas, giving you long-term peace of mind.

This warranty covers the main structural wooden frame against manufacturing defects under normal domestic use. Other parts of the sofa are covered under our tiered warranty.

Years 1–2: Comprehensive Cover
Covers manufacturing defects in the frame, springs, webbing, stitching, recliner mechanisms, cushion fillings, and upholstery.

Years 3–5: Structural & Mechanical Cover
Covers the internal frame, structural joints, springs, webbing, and recliner mechanisms. Fabric, leather, stitching, and cushion fillings are not covered after year two.

Year 6 Onwards: Lifetime Frame Cover
Covers the main wooden frame and foundational joints against breaking, snapping, or severe warping caused by a manufacturing defect.

What is not covered:
Normal wear and tear, cushion settlement, fabric or leather ageing, stains, spills, burns, pet damage, misuse, accidental damage, incorrect cleaning, commercial use, or damage caused by moving or storing the sofa incorrectly.

Made-to-order or bespoke sofas are not returnable for a change of mind, but they remain covered against manufacturing defects under this warranty.

This warranty is provided by Sofa Hub LTD, trading as Sofas24, and does not affect your statutory rights under UK consumer law.
