Shipping policy

At Sofas24, we aim to make delivery smooth and straightforward. Please read the following carefully before placing your order.
1. Delivery Coverage
We offer free standard delivery to all UK mainland addresses.
Unfortunately, we cannot currently deliver to non-mainland postcode areas, including: AB, DD, PH, PL, EX, TQ, TR.
2. Delivery Timeframes
- Stock items: estimated delivery within 5–7 working days from order confirmation.
- Made-to-order or custom sofas: delivery times vary; we will confirm an estimated timeframe when you place your order.
- Deliveries to certain postcode areas, including TA, BH, PO, SO, BN, and DG, may take up to 10 working days due to courier routing and location coverage.
All delivery dates are provided in good faith as estimates and may be subject to change due to factors outside our control. We will keep you updated if this happens.
By law, all orders will be delivered within 30 days unless a longer timeframe is specifically agreed with you (for example, for made-to-order products).
3. Missed Deliveries
If no one is available at your address to receive the delivery, your order may be returned to our depot:
- A redelivery fee of £60 may apply to cover the cost of rescheduling a two-person delivery.
- If you cancel your order after a failed delivery attempt, the original delivery cost (if free, nothing is refunded) will not be reimbursed, and return collection fees may apply.
4. Changing Your Delivery Date
- 48+ hours’ notice: free of charge.
- Within 48 hours of scheduled delivery: £50 admin fee may apply.
- Same-day changes or cancellations after dispatch: £60 rescheduling fee applies.
