  • Before Delivery
  • Customers are responsible for ensuring the following before delivery:
  • There is clear access to the house or building.
  • There are no parking restrictions. Our courier vehicles are 3.5-ton Luton Vans.
  • Measure any doors or hallways through which the furniture will be transported. A minimum width of 75cm is required. If the space is smaller, please contact our team before placing an order.
  • The delivery charge covers delivery to the front door or ground-floor hallway. Delivery to other floors or rooms will incur an additional charge.
  • You will receive a call 24 hours before the delivery date with a 4-hour time slot. Please ensure your provided phone number is accessible; failure to answer may result in delivery delays.
  • A 1-hour notice will be given before delivery to ensure an adult is present to accept the order.

 

Order Processing Period

  • Orders placed before 5:00 PM are processed on the same day.
  • Orders placed after 5:00 PM will be processed the next day.
  • Orders placed after 4:00 PM on Saturdays will be processed on Monday.
  • A team member will contact you regarding the next available delivery window.

 

Delivery Timeframe

  • We aim to deliver within 48 to 72 hours of purchase confirmation. Deliveries are made seven days a week.
  • After order confirmation, a team member will contact you to schedule a suitable delivery date.

  • Custom-sized or made-to-order sofas may require additional time. Please confirm with a team member at the time of inquiry.

 

Delivery Charges & Locations

  • Flat rate delivery charge: £80 to any location in the UK.
  • Delivery charge for postcodes above SA30 or SY10: £130.
  • No delivery service is available for the following postcodes:
  • AB
  • DD
  • PH
  • PL
  • EX
  • TQ
  • TR  

 

Missed Deliveries

  • Once your order is confirmed, we will schedule a delivery date and contact you 24 hours before with a 4-hour time slot and a 1-hour notice before arrival.
  • If delivery is missed due to no response at the property, the order will be returned to us, and a redelivery charge will apply, equal to the original delivery charge.
  • If you choose to cancel the order due to a missed delivery, the original delivery charge will not be refunded.

 

Changing Delivery Date

  • You may change your delivery date by providing at least 48 hours’ notice.
  • Changes made within 48 hours of the scheduled delivery date may incur a £50 fee.
  • If the delivery is rescheduled on the same day after items have been dispatched, the full delivery charge will apply again upon redelivery.
