Sofas24 Returns – Quick Guide

1. Return Window:Returns accepted within 30 days of delivery. 2. Change of Mind:We arrange a two-person collection.

•  A 10% restocking + pickup fee will be deducted from your refund.
• Missed or blocked collections may incur extra charges. 

3. Our Fault (faulty, damaged, or incorrect items)

• Notify us within 48 hours with photos or videos.
• We’ll repair, replace, or refund and cover all costs.
• No fee applies in this case.

5. Condition of Returns

• Items must be in new/resaleable condition with all parts and fixings.
• Use original packaging or suitable alternatives.

• Not eligible for change-of-mind returns once production has started.
• (Your statutory rights remain unaffected.)

7. Refunds

• Processed within 5 business days after inspection.
• Your bank may take longer to release funds.

8. Exchanges

• Ask when requesting a return.
• We’ll confirm stock availability and any price difference.

At Sofas24, all sofas are handmade in the UK and built to last. To ensure your peace of mind, we offer a 10-year tiered guarantee covering manufacturing defects.
How It Works

Your guarantee starts from the delivery date and changes over time:

Years 1–2 (Full Cover)
Covers frame, springs, mechanisms, cushions, and upholstery.
Repair or replacement with all costs included.
Years 3–5 (Structural & Mechanical)
Covers frame, joints, suspension, and recliner mechanisms.
Excludes fabric, leather, and cushion fillings.
Parts and repair labor covered.
Years 6–10 (Frame Only)
Covers structural frame and joints only.
Excludes mechanisms, fillings, and upholstery.
Repair/replacement covered (call-out fee may apply).

What’s Not Covered
Normal wear & tear (creases, cushion softening)
Accidental damage (stains, burns, scratches, pets)
Misuse or improper care
Commercial use
Clearance/ex-display items (unless stated).
