At Sofas24, we are committed to delivering high-quality products and offering a fair, transparent return process.

1. 30-Day Return Guarantee

If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 30 days of delivery, provided:

The item is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
You provide valid proof of purchase.

2. Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return:

Items must be in new, resaleable condition.
Packaging must be original and undamaged.
You must notify us within 30 days of receipt.
Note: Returns outside this window or without original packaging may not be accepted.

3. Non-Returnable Items

We are unable to accept returns or cancellations on:

Custom-sized sofas
Bespoke color options once production has started
These are made specifically to your requirements and are excluded under standard return rights.

4. Premium Fabric Policy

We offer a curated selection of plush premium fabric colors. These are returnable, but due to their specialist nature, a 20% deduction will be applied to the item refund total.

The following colors are considered premium/specialist:

Green
Lilac
Lime
Mole
Mustard
New Teal
Olive
Pebble
Pink
Sky
Teal
Turquoise
Bournville
Burnt Orange
Cerise
Claret

In addition to the 20% deduction, a £60 return fee will also be applied to cover specialist handling and restocking for these colors.

5. Refund Processing

All refunds are subject to inspection of the returned item(s).

Once approved, refunds are issued within 3–5 business days.
For standard returns (non-premium fabrics), a £60 deduction applies to cover delivery, pickup, and handling.
No additional collection fees are charged.
