At Sofas24, we want you to enjoy your furniture with confidence. That’s why we offer access to Optional 5-Year Premium Product Protection, which is provided and administered by LoxaCover, an independent insurance intermediary.
This protection is arranged directly with LoxaCover and gives you added peace of mind against accidental damage and other issues. Sofas24 does not provide insurance advice. Your statutory rights remain unaffected.
1. What Is Covered
The cover may include protection against:
- Structural problems such as frame cracks or joint failures
- Accidental spills from food and beverages
- Rips, tears, punctures, or seam separation in fabric or stitching
- Flattening or breakdown of seat cushions and internal foam
- Other issues as defined in LoxaCover’s policy documents

2. What Is Not Covered
Exclusions and limitations are set by LoxaCover. These typically include:
- Damage caused by misuse, neglect, or deliberate acts
- Damage from commercial use of the product
- General wear and tear not affecting function
- Unauthorised repairs or alterations

3. How to Make a Claim
If you select Premium Product Protection and later need to make a claim, you will deal directly with LoxaCover. In general, you may be asked to provide:
- Your policy details or order reference
- A description of the issue
- Photographs of the affected area (if applicable)

- This protection is optional and arranged with LoxaCover, not Sofas24.
- Sofas24 does not provide insurance advice and is not authorised by the FCA.
- Your statutory consumer rights (including those under the Consumer Rights Act 2015) remain unaffected whether you choose protection or not.
- The plan is available to eligible products delivered within the UK mainland, subject to LoxaCover’s terms.
